A two-day practical training course for equine vets on reproduction and stud management is to be held on 19-20 February at Twemlows Hall Stud, in Shropshire, UK, organised by Dr Jonathan Pycock and sponsored by equipment supplier EV Veterinary Products.
The practical element includes ultrasound scanning of mares, endoscopy and ultrasonography, as well as collection of semen, its evaluation, freezing and thawing. Guest speakers include Ian Cameron from Rossdale and Partners and Dr Jessica Kidd of Ridgeway Equine Hospital.
