About Us

The Veterinary Clinic is based in New Hall, in the pleasant surrounds of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, supposedly given its royal warrant by none other than Henry the 8th! New Hall is 8 miles away from the heart of Birmingham and the Staffordshire towns of Lichfield and Tamworth. The clinic is based in Walmley, a lovely area which the residents call the ‘village’, with only a 15-minute drive into Birmingham and its thriving City Centre vibes. New Hall really has the best of both worlds and if you’re after pleasant, leafy suburban family living, Sutton is for you! Look out of the staff room window at New Hall and you will see farmland and fields, with one of the largest parks in Europe a 5- minute drive away. At over 2000 acres, Sutton Park is a moorland within the Midlands and is perfect for walking the dog, cycling, running, or having a picnic by one of the many pools. As a former police station and dance studio, New Hall has supersized rooms with plenty of space to socially distance! Birmingham is the youngest city in Europe with 40% of the population under 25, the city has lifted its own game by growing around this new generation! With more Michelin restaurants than any other city in the UK apart from London and a thriving music scene, multicultural Brum really is the place to be. And did we tell you there are more miles of canals than in Venice? Our close-knit group of PSS accredited clinics have been established both independently and as part of our larger group for well over 30 years and many staff are still with us. Due to being well-established, we have excellent relationships with other clinical groups in the area. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a high standard of care, to help us do that we have excellent facilities including a fully computerised practice, a spacious clinic, digital x-ray including dental, ultrasound, Idexx lab analyzer, as well as other fantastic facilities across the group.
