Fantastic opportunity to come and be an integral part of the continued growth and success of 387 Veterinary Centre and The West Midlands Cat Clinic. We opened the only cat-dedicated clinic in the West Midlands in 2021, introduced keyhole surgery to our portfolio in 2023 and extended our clinical facilities in 2025 to include an additional sterile theatre and a new dedicated dental operating suite. All new build plans were implemented to further support and promote the interests and skills of our brilliant veterinary team. We now want to concentrate on making the most of our expanded facilities. Could you be the new vet that helps us do this?

We require an experienced, motivated, standards-driven vet to work alongside our current team. The practice has always prided itself on being a lovely place to work so we’re looking for someone who’s also interested in team coherence and positive workplace ethos. We were the first veterinary practice to hold Investors in People platinum accreditation (retained for the last nine years) for the way we lead, support and improve our team. Last year, we were delighted to be recognised as the BVA’s Wellbeing Award Winner for practices with over 25 employees, for our cultural, communication and inclusive continuous improvement strategies we employ to help make work work.

Join us and you’ll be part of a 8-strong vet team with 4 certificate holders and an Advanced Practitioner, as well as a member of an RCVS-accredited and International Cat Care Gold cat friendly practice.
