Independent caring practice with cat clinic & good work life balance

Job Description

Wonderful opportunity to come and join the growth of 387 Veterinary Centre and The West Midlands Cat Clinic, an independent, clinically progressive practice with an inclusive, caring and supportive ethos.

We opened the only cat-dedicated clinic in the West Midlands in 2021 (to run alongside our main site), introduced laparoscopic surgery to our portfolio in 2023, and in 2024, are building an additional sterile theatre and a dedicated dental operating suite to further support and promote the interests and skills of our brilliant veterinary team.

We require an experienced, motivated, standards-driven vet to work alongside our current team and to help us to continue to drive practice initiatives forwards. The practice has always prided itself on being a lovely place to work, winning the inaugural SPVS Wellbeing Award and becoming the first veterinary practice to hold Investors in People platinum accreditation.

Join us and you'll be part of a 7-strong vet team with 4 certificate holders, working alongside 8 RVNs, as well as a member of an RCVS-accredited and ISFM gold cat friendly practice.
