Full or 3/4 time job in small animal independent practice.
Spring in North Yorkshire - where could be better?
Position available in a single centre SA practice in Harrogate. Lovely place to work, glorious countryside for walking/ riding/ cycling. Close to East Coast mainline & motorway network. Leeds & York on your doorstep if you need brighter lights. Excellent local state schools.
We are a long established independent practice with a high level of trust & regard by our clients. We have a high number of bonded clients. New client registrations are brisk. Complaints are rare. We have high levels of staff retention, experienced nurses (VN training practice) in PSS scheme, ISFM Silver Cat Friendly, RAWF Rabbit Friendly status pending - though dogs are the bulk of our patients. Good walking country means a low brachycephalic case load! We have all the kit you might excpect to do a good job. You will be supported by experienced colleagues with certificates in medicine surgery & dermatology. You will have clinical freedom but with back up & we try to ensure we practise evidence based medicine. Any input you may have on developing & improving the practice will be welcomed. You will not be expected to sell plans/ diets/ supplements as we find that doing the best for the animals & addressing our owners problems should be enough for professional success & job satisfaction.
We need a full or 3/4 time vet this spring. There will be participation Ina 1/4 weekend rota - we have routine surgeries & keep responsibility for our inpatients ( a nurse works the weekend with you) but the on call is out sourced. Hours & pay to be discussed depending on what you can do & offer.
Please phone practice (01423 508945) & speak to Allison for further info or email your CV to email@example.com.
Or phone same number & speak to one of the other vets (Ruth or Becky) to check us out.
You may get further info about the practice from our website www.crablanevets.co.uk or Facebook page.
