Veterinary Surgeon required at Shore Veterinary Centre
Here at Shore Veterinary Centre, we are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our close-knit team. The role will include carrying out consultations, carrying out medical procedures and operating. Being a Vet GDP or OV would be an added benefit but not a necessity.

We can consider a range of shift patterns to suit the candidate but as a minimum it would be 20 hours and 2 days per week. There will be 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8:30am-12:30pm and no out of hours.
We are a 2 small site practice within Gourock and are in the process of converting our old site to give us an extra 2 consulting rooms on a regular basis to allow us to continue to grow. The 2 sites are a 5-minute walk from one another.
We have digital radiography with a floating table, separate dental area and surgical theatre.The practice is within easy commute of Glasgow and the surrounding area with a beautiful view from the practice across the Clyde to Dunoon. Often staff will take a walk along the shore or sit and enjoy lunch with the view on a dry day.
We have 5 Veterinary Surgeons who all work different hours and working patterns per week. We have 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses who all work different hours and working patterns. We have 2 dedicated Receptionists and 2 Veterinary Care Assistants. We are very present locally on the Gourock high street and opposite the outdoor heated swimming pool.
