Veterinary Surgeon required at 1066 Veterinary Centre
We are seeking a passionate and committed Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and highly skilled team. We are a local but busy practice located in St. Leonards-on Sea, Hastings. We have digital x-ray, ultrasound, dedicated theatre suite and kennels and a separate cattery. We opened in 2009 and have grown rapidly through client recommendations. We have a strong team including a certificate holder in cardiology, skilled nurses and a forward-thinking Practice Manager. We are part of the local Sussex Coast Vets group therefore have great links and collaboration with a wide team of clinicians including certificate holders and advanced practitioners in the immediate surrounding area. We work with some local charities and are part of the RSPCA Neutering Scheme for cats and bull-breeds.We are seeking an experienced vet with a minimum of 5yrs experience, a desire to consult and operate and a passion for teaching and developing newer graduates. We believe in developing and supporting our clinicians in their preferred areas of interest and are always interested in supporting CPD, certificates and other post graduate qualifications.
We are open to part and full time applicants and are happy to consider all types of flexible working. Some Saturday work is required but no Sunday, nights, or bank holiday work as all out of hours is directed to our partners at Vets Now out of hours clinic.
