Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team of 7 Vets in a lovely rural setting. You would be working 40 hours a week over 4 days, with a structured rota of consultations and operating. Our out of hours offers a great work life balance with roughly one weeknight on call every 2 weeks, 1 full weekend every 3 months, and 1:3 Saturday mornings. Certificates and further training encouraged.

About Us

We are a well-established practice with three branches, two sole charge and our main site supporting 3 Vets. We pride ourselves on the great team that we have and nurturing a good work environment. We have a range of equipment, such as dental x-ray, large theatre, ultrasound, and are always wanting to develop and better the treatment we provide. Our main branch is located a 10 minute drive from the beach, surrounded by stunning countryside.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon able to conduct consultations unaided, some support available to build confidence with surgery. We do have a range of orthopaedic equipment for a candidate with interest in surgery. The advantage of our team is the support that we are able to offer due to the experience of our senior vets.
