Veterinary Surgeon required at Bath Veterinary Group
The Role
Here at Bath Veterinary Group, we are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to work at our 2 sites based at Rosemary Lodge Hospital and Chapel Surgery. The role will involve both carrying out consultations and operations.
The rota will involve working 2 days per week at Rosemary Lodge Hospital and 2 days per week at Chapel Surgery in Melksham. You will participate in the weekend rota at Rosemary Lodge Hospital. There are no out of hours with this role.
The salary will be up to £50,000 FTE depending on experience.
About Us
Rosemary Lodge is a long-established Tier 3 Hospital equipped with an onsite MRI, CT, digital X-ray, and in-house diagnostics. Our 6 satellite branches vary in size and facilities, but all have established teams and friendly clients.Across all branches, we have a team of 43 Veterinary Surgeons, 40 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and Support Staff making 140 employees in total. Bath Veterinary Referrals is based at Rosemary Lodge Hospital, the team includes both Medicine Clinicians and Surgeons.
Chapel Surgery is a 1.5 Vet practice with a Registered Veterinary Nurse, a Kennel Assistant, and a Reception team onsite.

Applicant Requirements
Experience of working under sole charge and in a busy hospital would be an advantage.
