Job Description

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Night Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in the beautiful city of Bath. Rosemary Lodge is a busy first opinion and referral hospital. The night vet will work with an RVN and KA all night and is supported for part of the night with a receptionist and a twilight vet until midnight. The position is 5 nights on (6.30 pm - 8.30am), 10 nights off.

About Us

Rosemary Lodge is a long established Tier 3 hospital with onsite MRI, CT, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and in house diagnostics. Our 7 satellite branches vary in size and facilities but all have established teams and friendly clients. We have 140 employees (40 vets/43 nurses) working across 8 sites. Bath Vets pride ourselves on our friendly working environment and our focus on staff wellbeing. Staff are actively encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge via in-house learning and CPD.

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will share our philosophy of practising to the highest clinical standards and providing excellent client care. The ideal candidate would have post graduate experience. Experience of emergency work in a busy hospital would be an advantage.
