You will have access to an industry leading CPD programme. With a minimum of 12 days per year training with your peers to further develop your professional and surgical skill set. You will have your own dedicated VetGDP advisor in practice and a self-selected mentor. All our graduate Vet Surgeons who join our Graduate Academy programme attend the CPD sessions together, creating a valuable peer -to- peer support network.
