This young cat has the unusual condition of "ceruminous adenomatosis": a benign proliferation of ceruminous glandular tissue which has resulted in ear canal occlusion and secondary infection.  This case was managed by elctrosurgical debuliking of the grossly abnormal tissues.  Bothe ears were affected (as is typical).
