Oronosal fistula at the junction of the hard and soft palates in a cat (cause unknown).  This was managed by a two layer closure.  From the top, the image shows the original lesion, creation of a hinged flap caudal to it, creation of a transposition flap as a second layer and the outcome at 10 days.
