Veterinary AI that can spot lymph node and subcutaneous masses with the accuracy of a board-certified pathologist? That’s not the future — it’s already here. Sorry Arlo - can we really say "everyone" benefits and is it here?! Can certainly see a potential use and the timescale highlight is great (even if more US-centric 'data'?), but a very rapid TAT is not required for the majority of longstanding lesions that get sampled with owner anxiety better relieved with a more certain diagnosis/interpretation, albeit possibly then taking longer? Is it cost effective, 'better', or "confident" when the images linked to clearly show sebaceous vs adipose uncertainty....."Can" seems to cover too many uncertainties and missing assessment or transparency for everyone to be benefitting? Appreciably you may (unfairly?) critique my stance as biased or self-interested though! Regards, Roger.
