The cranio caudal view is used to evaluate chelonian lungs. This turtle was swimming left side up for a few weeks prior to presentation. Appropriate antibacterials, husbandry changes and nebulisation were required in this case which recovered uneventfully. The difference in the lungs is clear with evidence of consolidation on the right side, typical of unilateral pneumonia.
