The view is optimised to show the pulmonary valve and artery.

The imaging sector-width is narrowed to the pulmonary artery - this greatly improves the imaging frame rate for better visualisation for valve motion. On the echo machine the frame rate here is 143fps, however on this movie it is limited to 25fps and thus reproduction is reduced.

This movie shows the tethering of the tips of the pulmonic valve cusps. Confirming this is a valvular stenosis with commisural fusion. This type of stenosis is most responsive to balloon dilation.
