Abbey Veterinary Services is a well established diagnostic veterinary laboratory (founded in 1985) specialising in histopathology and cytopathology but also provides  other services such as in-house bacterial/fungal culture and urine calculus analysis.

We are one of the biggest diagnostic veterinary histopathology laboratories in the UK. We provide our service predominantly to clients within the UK but also have many clients throughout the world. We provide a rapid veterinary diagnostic histopathology and cytology service and we report on in excess of sixty thousand cases annually.

The majority of samples we receive are generally routine but the size of the team allows provision for specialist and collective opinions on difficult cases. Our team consists of experienced American and European Board certified as well as MRCPath qualified pathologists.
