Ritchey plc
has entered into an agreement to aquire
Animalcare Ltd
, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Genus Animal Health Ltd
for £14 million.
As the acquisition is classified as a reverse takeover under PLUS Market rules, the agreement is conditional on Ritchey shareholder approval and, inter alia, Ritchey securing funding for the Acquisition and Admission of the enlarged group (the “Group”) to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
