This 14yr Mn DLH cat had a history of intermittent faecal bleeding, unresponsive to medical management. On ultrasound of the descending colon this mass was projecting into the lumen, with disruption of the colonic wall layering. The sub-lumbar lymph nodes were not enlarged. Further cranially there was a second smaller mass attached by a stalk, which was more consistent with a polyp.
