Radiographic evaluation of resorptive lesions
Type 2 lesion - there is loss of the periodontal ligament space, root canal and resorption of the tooth root. There is also replacement of the resorbing root with bone. A coventional extraction technqiue cannot be used as there is no complete root to extract.
