This poor schistosome came out alive, but thankfully I had euthatal at the ready. I had thought it was twins as it was presenting with all 4 limbs, but trying to push one set back and realising they were moving together, then moving my hand back over the haired part of the body I twigged the hairline stopped and I was feeling organs. C section by torch light in a cold, dark yard and it was like something out of a horror movie.
