Pfizer strengthens pig and poultry team
Two new senior appointments have been made by Pfizer Animal Health in its UK and Ireland pig and poultry business unit, with Alan Doyle becoming director and James Walton key account manager. Mr Doyle qualified as a veterinary surgeon at Glasgow University Veterinary School and spent three years with private practices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England. He has worked for SmithKline Beecham and then Pfizer since 1991 initially in veterinary advisory roles, becoming national veterinary sales manager, sales director for companion animals and most recently division director for Ireland.
