Physical examination showed two subcutaneous masses and radiographs revealed multiple opacities in the lungs, thorax, liver and spleen. Biopsy showed infiltrative proliferation of highly pleomorphic spindle to roundish cells indicative of a poorly differentiated sarcoma.
