No bad thing at first sight, but may shift more burden ONTO employers?</p> <p>- The Children &amp; Families Bill loosens up some parental rights and introduces parental leave &#39;swapping&#39; and earlier returns to work for Mothers.</p> <p>The headline quote reads &#39;Legislation will be introduced to reduce burdens on business by repealing unnecessary legislation&#39;.............I&#39;ve been waiting 30 years for someone to do that!</p> <p>Summary - keep an eye out for changes to the internal grievance procedure &#39;best practices&#39;.......</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
