&lt;p&gt;They look like papillomas but I&amp;#39;m not sure there is a papilloma virus in dogs in the UK, and this dog is UK bred. I&amp;#39;ve never seen anything like them previously so any suggestions as to what they might be would be most welcome. &lt;p&gt;On examination the protrusion photographed here would appear to be a vestigial penis, complete with Os penis and bulbus penis at its base but no urethral orifice. In all other respects (anatomically and behaviourally, the bitch is female)&lt;/p&gt;
