The individual solicitors will continue to be held responsible for their actions by their governing body but ownership (and the possible pressures owners may place on their employees) will not be governed directly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As I heard it on the radio this morning I felt a degree of &amp;#39;deja vue&amp;#39;. Tescolaw.co.uk awaits I suspect.
