- Depression

- Bullying (by clients of vets, even!)

- Career development.

- Work and Family Life

- Assertiveness

I also agree that branding isn't done properly today. Correctly done, "branding" is the spread of information and awareness so that your audience recognizes what your company represents. A shiny or colorful logo doesn't help any more than putting racing stripes on a slow car. Won't win any more races. (I was going to go for the lipstick on a pig metaphor, but I think the last guy who did that here got roasted!)

If your "branding" is correctly done, then it won't MATTER what your logo is.

Re: VBF Survey

Just completed survey. Didn't answer the question about how well the brand and logo communicate the values of the VBS, as there wasn't a box for "Think money spent paying a marketing consultant to come up with swirly letters in pretty colours better spent on distressed vets; do not see how swirly letters in pretty colours can "represent values" anyway; think "branding" more suited to McDonald's than a professional mental health charity"

Thread hijack:

Why does everything and every organisation have to be branded now? What do the brand image consultants do anyway? Sit around in a room saying, "nah, make it a bit lighter green, tell the company it seems more fresh and modern. That's worth a few thousand quid. Put one of the letters in italics...forward thinking and dynamic, see? That'll be another few thousand quid. Did we remember to say dynamic? How about vibrant? Great, yeah green, purple, italics whatever. Just call it vibrant. That'll be another few thousand quid please"

Re: VBF Survey

Thank you for drawing attention to the surrvey, I have just completed it and ticked most of the boxes for 12!
