&lt;p&gt;One thing also to consider is the tax implications. &amp;nbsp;As long as you work through an agency its not that different because they will act as your employer and pay your tax and NI, but as soon as you accept work on your own it can become quite complicated!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did a few courses at HMRC which were very good, very patient, very informative, good advice and lots of support. &amp;nbsp;And free! &amp;nbsp;And you can count them as CPD. &amp;nbsp;Highly recommended!&lt;/p&gt;
