Yes I think it's the same but I don't want to pursue the lady like a gutter press journalist. I just wondered if anyone was in touch with her.

You could try Facebook or Linked in, or better still ask someone with an account to search for you, then you will not be bothered by a deluge of trash.

Presumably RCVS have been unable to help (loud laughter).

Probably not much help but she adopted a book at the RCVS in 2010! They may know. Sorry only googled Fiona Dalzell Vet!!!!

Was she single-handed? If not, perhaps a letter to her practice might produce a result.
