A bit tortuous to find if you want to navigate through the RCVS web site though (must be the new 'easy to use' navigation that's confusing me)

3. Veterinary surgeons must take steps to provide emergency first aid and
pain relief to ALL and any
animals [drop the
plural]

according to their skills and the specific situation.

There should be no doubt or confusion, any vet must take steps etc. to ALL
and any animals with the proviso as you say, that a poultry vet cannot be
expected to be able to give expert assistance to a lion but, nevertheless, has
more knowledge and ability to provide emergency first aid than an ordinary
member of the public.

Why replace a document (guide) with a wish list? Why so vague on so much and so specific about the PSS.

Well done for those who have made more effort and argued the points so thoroughly.

According to the draft code I could be disciplined by the RCVS if my PAT testing is late - hardly a veterinary matter or an immediate threat to my patients me thinks!

Re: Draft "code of conduct"
six hours to do yours still
Have just seen the time you posted this - insomnia rulezzzzzz??

Re: Draft "code of conduct"

Put my response on my file as well - feeling very proud of myself for getting a computer to do anything - all well done to Arlo.
