[Long sigh] What a surprise. You can look forward to having your membership of the SPVS list suspended. For those who don't know the SPVS list owner is Ms Shield, long serving RCVS Councillor and silent on overspends and last year's SPVS Pres was Molyneux. They both work these sorts of things through proxies - old and tired story.

I think there should be a simple resolution of the overspend stuff by getting the Governance group to convene and investigate and report on the matter.

Good letter.

We have just recycled the RCVS newsletters and associated bumpf. If it had been on thinner paper it could have been used in the 'smallest room' and actually served a useful purpose.
