It's here: http://www.vetsurgeon.org/groups/rcvs-elections/default.aspx

Slight change to the format this year.

For the first week, we're inviting MsRCVS to submit questions for candidates here:

http://www.vetsurgeon.org/Microsites/client/2011/rcvs/default.aspx

In about a week's time, questions will be given to candidates for their replies. Thereafter, there will be an open forum for about another 3 weeks.

Questions submitted in advance will go into a draw to win one of three 6-bottle mixed cases of wine.

Other links that might be helpful:

Candidates' details

The role of Council

Yup, I focussed on their qualities. I was impressed with honesty, trustworthiness, track record and lieklihood of backing up claims to represent practitioners and institute change. Since all of these are claimed by all of the candidates every year, occasionally with a dose of a claim to possession of common sense as well, I dug a little deeper and voted for the ones who aren't just going through the motions to get re elected.
