Is there no representation by Bayer in Lithuania? if not there should not be much of a problem to import it, with suitable paperwork from the authorities there.

Perhaps worth sending an email to Bayer Animal Health in Germany for advice. If you are using it for a specific condition such as lungworm prevention I would hope they would be helpful. You are in the EU after all!

Having checked the Bayer website there is no mention of Lithuania in the drop down box!

Someone writing a prescription in the UK would not be legal but your prescription should be perfectly valid if you can find a supplier willing to export to Lithuania and importation of such drugs is legal!

As far as I am aware it is only legal to write a veterinary prescription for an animal/animals under your own care.
