He is a client so tries to be there ASAP. No complaints about these charges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I suspect the cold weather doubles the standard charges for less scrupulous tradesmen. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Look elsewhere but start with your client base!&lt;/p&gt;
