Never seen it, but then trying to get my current employers to invest in a packet of biscuits is difficult enough.

The story goes they've got 50 to locate so it's 1/3 of the normal price for 3yrs not 5 - & they make money from advertising not you

Cost seemed astronomical so we did not go for it. May be more cost effective for a large practice. It cannot be that expensive to link a flat screen tv to a PC and run stuff from there. I try not to keep people waiting long enough to watch much TV!!!!

I looked into this sort of thing a couple of years ago but really didn't like a few things about it. Might have change by now but certainly the cost of using a company to do this for you was just silly. What I've done instead is got one of our reps to sponsor a tv for reception (advertise frontline for them) and do it all ourselves. It took around 2 hours of work to set up the slides and cost me only a couple of hundred - one time cost. It also means that I can put whatever I like on the screen and with a few minutes work can easily change it whenever I like.

I'd certainly love to hear if things have changed since I was looking and I'm interested to hear other experiences.
