&lt;p&gt;He only got a &amp;pound;40 fine for fly tipping!!!&lt;/p&gt;

He decided that despite her being an otherwise apparently normal person she obviously was lacking somewhat in self esteem and putting the cat in the bin empowered her. His punishment for her therefore would be to take her into the Serengeti just as the lions were beginning to stir and leave her for the night and she would soon discover who had the power: her or the cats!
