If there is one thing that competely turns me off using a company is repeated cold-calling. We are wise to this. Don&#39;t use them any more and told to go forth and multiply.</p> <p>My wife (Thai) has a good way of dealing with this - she puts on a very thick accent and says &#39;no speak English&#39;. Gets rid of cold callers (usually British Gas) in a second. Keep meaning to practice my Thai/English so I can match this.<img src="https://www.vetsurgeon.org/emoticons/v2/devil.png" alt="Mischievous" /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
