&lt;p&gt;However so far today- 3 consecutive PTS&amp;#39;s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 of those were consecutive cats with massive abdominal effusion and poor prognosis, (just waiting for number 3!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 consecutive snappy dogs, so will be watching my fingers after lunch!&lt;/p&gt;

It&amp;#39;s pupil is dilated and vision is poor so I suspect the retina has detached.&amp;nbsp;I felt like telling her not to worry about it as it would probably collapse with an embolus before we get it sorted.&lt;/p&gt;
