More info here . It should be a good weekend.
I'm running the wet-lab session on echo, which I've not organised or planned yet and wondered what vets in practice need out of a course

Re: Veterinary Ireland Winter Conference

Sounds expensive all right. I'm surprised. I note membership of VICAS is expensive too. But if you are a member of a FECAVA associated society (click here), you would get membership rates. BSAVA is FECAVA linked. But also a number of European Specialist groups (here). Some of the Specialist groups are cheaper to join too.

Re: Veterinary Ireland Winter Conference

i was very interested in going until i saw the price , unfortunately not a member of veterinary ireland , for the 3 days lectures and wet lab nearly a 1000 pounds excluding accommodation and flights, and i live a mile from rochestown park hotel , add another few hundreds for sundries, eventhough cpd in the uk is expensive , i think this is a bit excessive compare to the london show and bsava in birmingham, a lot better value is got in the uk . i think veterinary ireland are overpricing things now since this new compulsory cpd has been introduced to ireland.
