Rod liddle is obviously looking for any sort of attention with this article.

Whats upsetting is that he thinks it's acceptable to be so flippant and callous about a prolonged and cruel death.

It's worse than tabloid journalism. I would love to sit him in the shoes of the poisoned cat owners and see how he felt.

The only positive from the story that I can see is that Katherine Hall was at least caught at it.

its just another example of people putting their petty needs first. i mean, to suggest poisoning cats because they use your garden as a litter tray is despicable and unforgiveable because it may give someone else with possibly less self control, a good idea. The way he mentions it, almost as though he finds the idea funny, is quite concerning- i hope he isnt breeding, we dont need people like that.

I find the thought of someone deliberately poisoning an animal so upsetting, that if I had been on the bench, the penalty would have been a 20k fine and 51 weeks imprisonment
