&lt;p&gt;Tattooing is probably also illegal under the&amp;nbsp;The Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (England) Regulations 2007 as&amp;nbsp;tattooing&amp;nbsp;is only permitted as a means of identification and not for cosmetic reasons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

It would be like someone having their head tatooed - you&amp;#39;d have to shave it daily to have any effect!!
