Due to IVC computers not having offline office and having to do it all online, via MS teams, I can't type it up. I have to print it out, handwrite it and sign it, scan it back in and attach the photo as a separate file. Had no issues with it so far

I don't quite understand, the new revised ET259 requires you to insert the photo of the animal at section 15, per APHA Briefing Note 17/25?

Thanks my trainee VN has pretty much worked it out though after speaking to the other OV66 the microchip on the attached photos is harder to read so it’s worth having the photo sent as an attachment as well!

The best is to fill in the form without a photo, print, stamp and sign. Scan the signed forms as PDF and then add the photos and submit the forms.

If you add the photos first then print, sign and scan again the forms may be rejected.

Open the form in word and insert the jpeg into the form

But I don’t know if you can print it in b/w to sign/scan and email it to daff with the file of the colour photo, as we have a colour printer; you could email daff to ask?
