We wouldn't be able to offer this service when we are closed. Hopefully they have consulted us about their travel plans early on and this has been flagged up...! Would suggest they contact a vet who is open at the weekend or maybe someone like PetAir

We try to advise travel times to work within our normal working hours.

We don't do our own OOH anymore, but may consider charging an OOH fee to come in and do it if the need ever arose

We struggle to find a practice with an OV that is able to complete AHC's during normal working hours, so god knows

Many of the local corporates are staff almost entirely by locums, few of which are OV's

The few practices that do have an OV locally, only provide the service to their own clients.
