&lt;p&gt;The PSS is a perfect example of a pointless exercise in form-filling, the results of which have absolutely no correlation with standard of care or veterinary medicine being practised. &lt;p&gt;Given many veterinary practices are no longer owned or run by veterinary surgeons, would the RCVS have any or enough jurisdiction?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not convinced that the voluntary RCVS PSS (Practice Standards Scheme) has or does make any difference whatsoever, and doesn&amp;#39;t seem a good barometer of how good or not a practice is.
