&lt;p&gt;I have a RealMe something 5G phone that was cheap as can be. Plenty of settings I have not used but really good pictures of teeth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A lot more money on Amazon than I paid for mine but generally very impressed. &lt;p&gt;I realise this won&amp;#39;t be the cheapest option but....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Canon EOS Mark 3 has the most amazing focus on it, where you can spot focus. I&amp;#39;ve tried mobiles but it&amp;#39;s so hit and miss, would save time long term&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Camera body about &amp;pound;450 on ebay&lt;/p&gt;
