Selena.... i think i can guess who your rep might be. Is it Jo? She is wonderful ...an ex colleague of mine from when i worked at NVS. Still miss her. You are far from alone if it is her... lots of practices love her. I work for Vetcel.... and i certainly hope my members feel about me as those did about Jo .... if you are looking to change (although it pains me to tread on Jo's toes) i would be happy to show you all things vetcel or offer you a temporary login and you may go look for yourself. we are with Vetsure/buysure and at first they were very proactive and helpful, our rep went on mat leave and our new rep has rarely been in contact. I know covid has been an issue but not even a phone call for months. we are now looking to change.

VetSure 100%. Having witnessed a great deal of change in the sector we are so happy that we finally went with VetSure after 6 months of meetings with all of the buying groups, crunching the numbers ourselves and cutting through the BS from more than one! Passionately proactive and fiercely independent, not had a single complaint since being with them (and we certainly had issues with the our previous buying group). VetSure have a fantastic team that have not only saved us a heap of money (more than we had been saving previously) but they have improved our clinical and clerical abilities no end by providing ancillary deals and connections. They encourage networking between practices and that has been as beneficial as the traditional aspects of a buying group. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Give them a call.

Have you considered XLVets? They would hate to be described as a 'buying group' as they are so much more than that, (we were members for 10 years before joining IVC).

Fiercely independent.

They are an excellent organisation and well worth exploring. I'm sure Andrew Curwen would be delighted to speak to you.

Vetcel. Fiercely independent. Been with them for approaching 10 years and not a single complaint. No membership fees. No mad contract, if you want to leave you can go.

The independent groups have taken a battering with increasing corporatisation but they seem to be doing their best.
