More common than&amp;nbsp; any fractures&amp;nbsp; n my experience and there are many techniques suggesting that none of them are perfect! I tend to agree having tried several methods with results&amp;nbsp; varying from satisfactory with apparent pain-free use of the leg to the other end of the spectrum, this m being a&amp;nbsp; disastrous outcome!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If here are any Liverpool graduates here taught by Prof. Ferek G. Lewis, have you tried his method of repair? The Modified-Transfer of the Long Digital Tendon I have but only a couple of times these falling into the disaster-category! I&amp;#39;d seen Derek perform his procedure a couple if times and it was vastly more tricky doing it myself. So I looked for an alternative with marginally better outcomes it turned out&amp;quot; Retinacular Imbrication if I recall correctly?
