Imho it&rsquo;s not the chipping but what else is being pushed for. No more of the two hour training courses.</p> <p>Proper monitoring of databases or a centralised one or two main ones.</p> <p>No more ripping off owners by cheap implantation rates then big ownership transfer costs.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
