Imho it&amp;rsquo;s not the chipping but what else is being pushed for. &lt;p&gt;I have major misgivings about the ability of the databases to cope particularly these awful back bedroom databases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Better to sort out the system in dogs first.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Proper training and monitoring for implanters. No more of the two hour training courses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Proper monitoring of databases or a centralised one or two main ones.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No more ripping off owners by cheap implantation rates then big ownership transfer costs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
