I won't 'bite'! Actually I will!

Flea control is all year round here. Miss a few doses and they are back! Ticks most of the year. If Bayer are to be believed then lungworm is waiting to pounce from every gateway!

We have to decide if parasite numbers are going to be suppressed or controlled.

Ian Wright knows his stuff and I am happy to follow his advice!

At risk of opening a big Canof worms [ PUN intended!!] , why do you think this about anti-parasitics? Surely most dogs or young ones carry zoonotic Toxocara? And fleas? Are they not a major problem in your area? You are very lucky if they are not!

Forget boxes of biscuits - I've just heard officially that there will be a national shortage of lettuce after Xmas due to the Dover blockade.

My diet is 95% composed of lettuce. What am I going to do?

Could just call it the great routine, regular British fleecing instead.

Sadly, it has become ingrained in Western and British culture; everyone is ripping everyone else off at every possibly opportunity. Not long until Valentines day, and then Easter. Look at the mass of chocolate in an Easter egg relative to its cost, along with mass media advertising aimed at Children. Hell, we've even got Tesco advertising in schools these days.

Then take a long hard look at the veterinary profession, peddling of anti-parasitics, and the pet food industry.

Not that I am in any way cynical of course.

I think the product manager worked at Ribena before moving to Fox's. Ribena used to be a glutinous ooze of diabetic deliciousness. Now it's just water with a hint of blackberry.
