Well, obviously, this is not meant to be taken literally. It refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.

I think what he meant, was that he didn't like the indiscriminate use of c/s without a diagnosis.

i was a bit concerned that he had got himself into a bit of hot water with his forthright comments regarding aspects of another practice!

Still would be nice to get his input from time to time! Retirement does not stop you having value to the profession.

That is good to know. He spent a lot of time on this list and after Wynne, I was concerned to see nothing from him. I respect his input and experience immensely and noted its absence in posts when I logged back into Vetsurg. Many tx everyone

I have been in touch with him a couple of times to check he was OK, and he was, though things had not been easy. There wasn't really much to say other than... if I can be of help, just holler.

I used to be in fairly regular contact with him. I didn't think he he was going to retire just yet, and I think he had eyed up selling the practice.

He was definitely in the process of retiring as I went to see his practice for a possible purchase.

He never did hook me up with his daughter(s) alas. I think he saw our views on proBNP incommensurable.

The one advantage of working with the young tech savvy nurses - I've learnt internet stalking skills. I've tweeted his daughter.

I was thinking the same thing. I did a few locums for him a few years back - seems to have gone off the radar.

Practice seems as it is permanently closed, and his name no longer appears in the RCVS register. Maybe he retired? he qualified in 1975, so would be at that age.
